This low-intervention Pinot Noir presents a deep ruby hue with a vibrant violet rim, showing a faint, natural turbidity from being bottled entirely unfined and unfiltered. The nose is immediately expressive and lifted, bursting with brambly aromas of macerated black cherry, wild field strawberry, and dark woodland berries. These primary fruits give way to more complex, savory layers of wet turned earth, forest floor, and a faint hint of dark cocoa nibs.
On the palate, it’s pure and energetic, delivering a juicy core of ripe red and black fruits that instantly coat the mouth. The mid-palate reveals a beautifully rounded, velvety texture achieved by aging in neutral French oak, supported by remarkably fine-grained, silky tannins.
