A traditional method sparkling made in the Lorraine region of Northern France. A blend of mostly Gamay (90%) plus a little Pinot Noir (10%), the palest pink in colour, crisp and lean but with a berries & cream note, sort of like strawberry shortcake, followed by a big smooch of stone fruit. It’s a wine that offers Champagne quality at a fraction of the price!
