This Rías Baixas Albariño from benchmark producer Palacio de Fefiñanes, is their flagship wine. An historical producer, holding the rare distinction as the oldest commercial Albariño producer in Galicia.
Scoring 91 points from Guía Peñín, the 2024 Albariño de Fefiñanes opens with an intense nose of fresh apple and pear, citrus, and hints of tropical fruit, while the palate is vibrant yet balanced, with acidity so well integrated it only adds to the wine's overall elegance. Three months on lees in stainless steel gives it a pleasing roundness without sacrificing the bright, saline freshness that makes this one of Rías Baixas' most consistent expressions of the variety.
