A truly unique Cremant d’Alsace, Philippe Brand is an outside the box winemaker working in a traditional region. His wines have ZERO added, he even uses grape must instead of the standard sugar/yeast mixture used to make traditional method sparkling wines. On the palate, cellared apples and toasted brioche, perfectly in balance with the dryness.
