Floral notes of violet and peony lend a very original touch to this delicate Gamay. The palate, very fresh and tender, offers a roundness and velvety texture in which these same floral aromas bring a very feminine touch. Finesse and elegance define this new vintage.

The soil is 100% clay-granite of the GRANO-DIORITE A DACITE type. This granite, unique in their region, originates from a block of rock in the Monts du Forez, which reached altitudes of over 8,000 meters during the Paleozoic era. A rare phenomenon, this DACITE contains calcium. This rock erodes, resulting in infertile, granular soils with a low clay content for the region (approximately 25%).
