The single vineyard grapes are 100% de-stemmed, fermented with natural yeasts and punch downs are done by foot. Suremain employs short pump-overs and vertical pressing followed by barrel aging for upwards of 2 years. Elegantly riding a line between deep complexity and fresh vibrancy, bright red currant is balanced by smooth black cherry and hints of florality are underlined by a bit of fresh earth. A touch of rusticity in the tannins reminds you of its approachability.
