Varietals: Blend of Blanc de Noir (Mourvèdre and Lledonner Pellut) and Blanc de Blanc (Carignan Gris and Blanc, Macabeu).
Age of the Vines: Grey & white Carignan: 80 yrs, Macabeu: 80+ yrs, Lledoner Pellut: 30 yrs, Mourvèdre: 20 yrs
Farming: organic, manual harvest
Soils: Millas granite with biotite
Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfites, aged for 12 months in used barrels
